Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost savings and process efficiency.

Manage the full procurement cycle including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance evaluation.

Identify, qualify, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Prepare and monitor procurement budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis.

Lead tendering and bidding processes, ensuring transparency and competitiveness.

Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Projects, etc.) to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics to avoid shortages or overstock.

Manage procurement team members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.

Continuously assess market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in sourcing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 7 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in procurement systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, or Zoho is a plus).

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Solid knowledge of contract management, supplier evaluation, and cost analysis.

High integrity and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
