Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual non-product procurement plan aligned with business needs and budgets
Forecast procurement requirements for stores, warehouses, and head office
Manage end-to-end procurement processes for services and operational supplies
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial and contractual terms
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and contracts
Control procurement budgets and track KPIs such as cost savings and delivery timelines
Ensure timely availability of services and materials to support retail operations
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet operational requirements
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, legal standards, and ethical practices
Support digitalization and automation initiatives within procurement processes
Desired Candidate Profile
10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in retail
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
