Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and company goals.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best commercial and technical offers.

Review material specifications, quotations, and technical submittals with accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintain strong vendor relationships and update the approved suppliers list.

Coordinate with the technical office, project managers, site engineers, and finance teams.

Issue purchase orders, contracts, and periodic procurement reports.

Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks to support planning.

Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and quality standards.

Follow up on deliveries and resolve any supply chain or logistics issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

A bachelor s degree in Engineering is a Must

10 15 years of experience in procurement, preferably within construction or contracting companies.

Excellent knowledge of construction materials, finishing items, and MEP supplies.

Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office

High analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership capabilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
