We are looking for a senior-level Procurement Manager who will take ownership of our sourcing operations, including contracting farms for external produce supply, managing packaging material procurement, and stabilizing our cost structures. This person will be critical in ensuring consistent supply, improving negotiation outcomes, and supporting scalability as we grow across B2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation
  Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with farm partners and suppliers to source high-quality produce and packaging materials.
• Contract Management
  Draft, finalize, and monitor procurement contracts, ensuring compliance, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Cost & Supply Stability
  Analyze market trends, anticipate price fluctuations, and implement strategies to minimize risk and ensure stable input costs.
• Inventory Coordination
  Collaborate closely with sales and accounting teams to forecast needs, manage stock levels, and optimize procurement timing.
• Supplier Relationship Management
  Build and maintain long-term partnerships with reliable vendors and logistics providers to support business growth.
• Reporting & Documentation
  Maintain structured procurement records and generate regular reports for the CEO and key stakeholders.
