Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, fostering strong relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best prices and delivery conditions while minimizing risks to the organization.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance through regular evaluations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.

Expert negotiation and contract management skills
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making
Leadership, team development, and performance management
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)

High integrity, ethical standards, and professional accountability
Knowledge of KSA procurement regulations, Saudization obligations, and ZATCA requirements
