Roles & Responsibilities
Procurement Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Required Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of Hard Services procurement in Facilities Management, Construction, or Engineering sectors.
Hands-on experience working with ERP & procurement platforms
Proven ability to manage RFQ processes , vendor sourcing, bid evaluation, and negotiation.
Experience in system implementation or procurement digitization projects is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, commercial, and cost analysis skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple procurement requirements simultaneously.
Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities_x000D_
