Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for our construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor management, subcontractor procurement, cost control, and timely delivery of materials and services to support project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
8–12 years of procurement experience in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction materials, suppliers, and subcontractor market.
Experience in procurement of Civil, MEP, and finishing works.
Strong negotiation, commercial, and contract management skills.
Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-rise residential projects.
Knowledge of international sourcing and import procurement.
Professional certifications in Procurement or Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
