Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily procurement operations for all hotel departments.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet quality and reliability standards.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve maximum value for the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast and fulfill material and service needs.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery accuracy, and adherence to contractual terms.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott International s procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, vendor agreements, and invoices.
- Train and supervise purchasing team members to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support sustainability initiatives through responsible sourcing and waste reduction.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 5 years of procurement or supply chain management experience, ideally in hospitality.
- Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and financial tracking tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
