Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of procurement and purchasing for the property in compliance with company policies.
- Source quality suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish cost-effective partnerships.
- Ensure timely acquisition of products and services while maintaining operational standards.
- Coordinate with finance, culinary, housekeeping, and engineering departments for purchasing needs.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure proper documentation of all procurement processes.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain up-to-date vendor databases.
- Implement sustainable sourcing practices aligned with Marriott s corporate responsibility goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the purchasing team for efficient and transparent operations.
- Prepare procurement reports and assist in budgeting and cost analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
3 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in procurement systems, inventory control, and ERP software.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
