Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and manage purchasing of raw materials (ingredients), packaging, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) supplies, and services.

  • Ensure best value purchasing balancing quality, price, and availability.
  • Track industry pricing trends and cost drivers (commodities, logistics, seasonal factors).
  • Work with operations, production planning, and logistics to forecast needs.
  • Optimize inventory levels to reduce waste, spoilage, and holding costs.
  • Support just-in-time (JIT) or lean supply strategies where applicable.
  • Produce KPIs (cost savings, delivery performance, inventory turnover).
  • Analyze procurement data for improvement opportunities.
  • Lead supplier rationalization, risk mitigation, and process automation.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years in procurement or supply chain (F&B experience or Hotels is must).

  • Experience negotiating large supplier contracts.
  • Prior work in hospitality, food and beverage or hotels.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • very good spoken and written English.
