Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies based on production forecasts, inventory targets, and annual budget plans. Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply risks to drive cost-saving initiatives and secure competitive contracts. Identify, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers, including pre-qualification and performance management. Lead procurement of PET resin and related raw materials and manage the full procurement cycle from sourcing and negotiation to purchase orders, shipment tracking and delivery confirmation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA or bachelor’s/master’s degree in supply chain or engineering with a relevant procurement/supply chain certification preferred.

  • 10–12 years’ procurement experience in the plastic industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of plastic/PET resin markets and global suppliers, with practical SAP experience and advanced MS Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and market intelligence capabilities
