Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement processes including order processing and operation of mechanical and IT systems.
- Liaise with transport companies, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Supervise, train, and appraise staff; manage staff schedules and rotas.
- Maintain statistical and financial records related to procurement activities.
- Manage budgets and control stock to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
- Investigate and resolve procurement issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Ensure compliance with quality objectives and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in the Aluminium Fabrication industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a professional and positive demeanor.
