Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure best prices, quality, and terms.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance on a regular basis.
Manage contracts and agreements while ensuring compliance.
Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to meet their needs.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Lead and develop the procurement team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Knowledge of procurement systems and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
