Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Review of the EPCM Contractor’s procurement plans, material requisitions, and procurement schedules.
Coordinate technical evaluation of vendor proposals, bid tabulations (TBEs), and vendor selection Processes and Commercial Evaluations (CBE).
Review and validation of purchase orders (POs), vendor documentation, logistics plans, and quality assurance measures.
Coordinate and Participate in FATs, vendor inspections, and expediting activities.
Support in managing long-lead items, equipment tracking, and resolving vendor related issues.
Coordination with engineering teams to ensure complete, timely integration of vendor data into project deliverables.
