Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and competitiveness.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers and contractors.
Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
Coordinate with project teams, site managers, and stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management.
Analyze market trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of supplier capabilities and pricing.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in a relevant procurement management role.
Regional Experience: Proven experience managing procurement for projects specifically in Abu Dhabi and Al Dhafra regions.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
