Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

• Purchase meat products from approved local and international suppliers.

• Maintain continuous supply to meet company demand.

• Identify and develop new suppliers.

Supplier Management

• Build strong relationships with suppliers.

• Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms.

• Monitor supplier performance.

Cost Control

• Monitor global meat market prices.

• Compare supplier prices and control procurement costs.

• Support company profitability through cost-efficient purchasing.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all products meet quality, food safety, and halal standards.

• Verify supplier certifications and documentation.

• Work closely with quality assurance and warehouse teams.

Import & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with import regulations in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain.

• Verify documents.

Inventory & Planning

• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and demand planning teams.

• Maintain optimal stock levels and monitor shelf life.
