Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for beverage manufacturing operations.

• Source A–Z materials including:

  • Raw materials

  • Packaging materials

  • Operational consumables

  • Warehouse supplies

  • Engineering and maintenance items

• Handle procurement of packaging materials such as:

  • PET bottles

  • Glass bottles

  • Caps & closures

  • Labels

  • Shrink films

  • Corrugated cartons

  • Flexible packaging materials

  • Pallets and wrapping materials

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production interruptions.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.

• Handle import procurement, shipment coordination, and customs-related documentation.

• Conduct supplier evaluations and monitor vendor performance.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing strategies.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company procurement standards.

• Prepare purchase orders, procurement reports, and cost analysis reports.

• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams.

• Manage ERP/SAP procurement transactions and procurement documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • port/export procurement and shipment handling.

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

  • Knowledge of ERP/SAP procurement systems preferred.

  • Good analytical, planning, and cBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–10 years of procurement experience in Beverage / FMCG / Food Manufacturing industry.

  • Strong experience in sourcing packaging materials and production-related materials.

  • Good knowledge of local and international procurement processes.

  • Experience in imommunication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement requirements.

  • UAE/GCC experience preferred.

  • Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM will be an added advantage.
