Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.

  • Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders as instructed.

  • Maintain procurement documentation and filing systems.

  • Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules and follow-ups.

  • Support inventory monitoring and stock level reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Good knowledge of procurement or supply chain is an advantage.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Advanced Proficiency in MS EXCEL

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow structured processes.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, administration, or related field.
