Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any medical related courses, capable of understanding customers' technical requirements.
  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, Procurement.
Job Description:
  • Prepare the cost and create quotes at agreed margins
  • Monitor direct inquiries and tender portals to ensure coverage of the related inquiries
  • Perform customer follow-ups to maintain customer retention
  • Analyze and understand technical data and specifications of the equipment and supplies requirements
  • Analyze suppliers who can provide the best solutions for the requirements
  • Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, lead time and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company
  • Create, review and manage the supplier database to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy
  • Provide updates to suppliers on the results of the related inquiries or tenders.
  • Coordinate with the respective departments for the purchase of the orders and material handling/ delivery
