Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Handling receival of Purchases as well as transfers form Warehouse to Showrooms.
2. Placing orders with local suppliers and producers. Quality Control upon receipt and inputting purchases accurately into system (BIM) and assisting in pricing and labeling.
3. Maintain safe work environment by establishing, following, & enforcing standards & procedures; complying with HACCP regulations.
4. Maintain inventory as well as meeting receiving requirements; inputting labels, receipts, & adjustments to purchase orders;
5. Verify inventory levels by taking physical counts; tracking lost items; adjusting records;
6. Organize inventory by planning item locations, adopting FIFO (First In First Out) system;
7. Keep track of expiry dates and plan with Boutique Manager action taken and promotions. Generate Expiry dates reports and send to Management.
