Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure optimal agreements.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records in compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative products.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Construction procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Very good command of English language.
