Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and assess the company s purchasing needs for office supplies, pantry items, tools, and furniture.
Research and evaluate potential suppliers for quality, price, and reliability.
Negotiate prices, discounts, and payment terms, and prepare clear purchase contracts.
Issue and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid shortages.
Resolve any delivery or quality issues in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
Prepare regular procurement reports, including costs, supplier performance, and inventory status.
Suggest improvements to reduce costs, enhance quality, or optimize procurement processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in office, furniture, or general supplies.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze supplier offers and market trends.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks under deadlines.
Proficient in using procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.
