The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials related to aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, accessories, and related fa ade components. The role ensures timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure aluminum profiles, glass panels, hardware, sealants, accessories, and fa ade-related materials
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with project requirements and budgets
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure material specifications and timelines are met
• Monitor material delivery schedules and follow up to avoid project delays
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and price lists
• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and contractual terms
• Handle supplier performance evaluations and resolve procurement-related issues
• Support inventory control and stock management to minimize shortages or excess
