Job Summary:

The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, services, and subcontract packages required for construction and interior fit-out projects. The role ensures cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely delivery aligned with project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement for construction and fit-out projects (civil, MEP, finishes, FF&E).

• Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.

• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, analyze quotations, and conduct commercial comparisons.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve best value.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to understand material specifications and timelines.

• Ensure procurement aligns with project budgets and cost plans.

• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality compliance.

• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.

• Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores/logistics teams.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and local regulations.

• Develop and maintain a reliable supplier database.

• Handle procurement for specialized fit-out items (joinery, furniture, fixtures, finishes, etc.).
