PROCUREMENT OFFICER

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services for landscaping, swimming pool construction, and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE market vendors, local procurement laws, and logistics procedures, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing aligned with project timelines and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for landscaping, swimming pool, and interior fit-out materials (including tiles, lighting, pumps, plants, furniture, fittings, joinery, and MEP items).

Prepare and issue RFQs, LPOs, comparison sheets, and purchase orders in coordination with Project and Design teams.

Maintain and update a comprehensive vendor database with current pricing, credit terms, and delivery capabilities.

Monitor material delivery schedules to ensure timely supply to active project sites.

Verify material quality and specifications in alignment with approved drawings and BOQs.

Develop strong, long-term relationships with reliable local and international suppliers.

Track and control procurement costs and contribute to overall project budget management.

Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and site teams for deliveries and inventory management.

Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies, UAE regulations, and ISO standards.

Prepare regular procurement reports and forecasts for management review
