Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining competitive quotations.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
  • Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine best value.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice matching and payment processing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning.
  • Support vendor evaluation and maintain supplier database.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.
  • 0 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
