Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining competitive quotations.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine best value.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice matching and payment processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning.
- Support vendor evaluation and maintain supplier database.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.
- 0 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
