Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main Duties:

  • Prepare purchase orders and compare supplier quotations.
  • Maintain updated inventory and stock records.
  • Ensure all deliveries arrive on time and meet quality standards.
  • Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with warehouse to track incoming goods.
  • Check invoices and delivery notes before approval.
  • Report shortages or delays to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or any related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing and inventory systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office.
