Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage procurement processes for local suppliers, including placing orders and following up until the receipt of goods and corresponding invoices.
Assist in the procurement process from international suppliers as needed.
Coordinate and maintain communication with all departments regarding order placement, payment processing, and receipt of goods.
Review and verify all incoming invoices prior to submission to General Management for approval.
Provide support with general administrative tasks as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 3 years of relevant professional experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling documentation.
The Candidate should be fluent in French
