Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with site planning and execution teams to forecast material and service requirements based on construction schedules and BOQs.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with local and regional vendors for supply of project-specific materials, consumables, plant & machinery, and hired services.
- Float enquiries and obtain quotations for site-level procurement; prepare comparative statements and lead negotiations to ensure best value within approved budgets.
- Ensure procurement decisions align with technical specifications, delivery timelines, approved vendor lists, and comply with internal procurement policies.
- Generate purchase orders and work orders in the ERP system (e.g., SAP) and follow up for timely order acknowledgment, dispatch, and documentation.

- Sound understanding of construction materials, site logistics, and procurement lifecycle.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP-MM) and Excel-based tracking tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with vendors and internal teams, high ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through discipline.
