Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement procurement plan that align with Projects schedule, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities to meet project requirements.
Negotiate with suppliers, focusing on pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize value for the organization.
Manage supplier relationships through regular performance evaluations and feedback to ensure compliance with service levels.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Purchasing Officer (CPPO) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are highly valued.
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant procurement experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
Experience in a specific industry (Air Conditioning), such as manufacturing or construction, is preferred to understand sector-specific procurement needs.
