Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the procurement process for facility management services and supplies.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Conduct market research and analyze supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements.
Collaborate with the facility management team to understand their needs and requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders and invoices.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in procurement.
Assist in budget planning and forecasting for procurement activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on facility management.
Strong knowledge of procurement functions, processes, and best practices.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong business relationships.
Proficiency in ERP systems and data management tools.
Analytical skills to evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving measures.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
Willingness to stay updated on industry developments and continuous improvement.
