Procurement Officer Eire Gulf Interior Decoration

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing procurement plans and maintaining all necessary documentation.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, sample approvals, and delivery schedules.

Track purchase orders and maintain up-to-date procurement logs to ensure project timelines are met.

Ensure all purchases comply with budgetary limits and quality standards.

Support logistics and site teams with material deliveries and inventory coordination.

Maintain effective communication with the Commercial, Design, Project Management, and Warehouse teams.

Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and supplier agreements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.

2–4 years of procurement experience within the UAE, ideally in the interior fit-out or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction and interior materials.

Excellent coordination, negotiation, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
