Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract negotiation and order placement.
- Analyze market trends and identify potential risks and opportunities within the supply chain to proactively mitigate challenges.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and address any issues to maintain high-quality standards.
- Forecast demand and create production plans to ensure efficient resource allocation and meet customer demands.
- Utilize procurement software and tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and generate insightful reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and planning within the manufacturing or related industry.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and procurement software (SAP).
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
