Procurement QC Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5 to 7 years of experience as a Procurement QC.
• Very good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of procurement and sourcing.

Responsibilities:

• Review material requisitions and purchase orders for compliance with contract requirements.
• Verify that all inspection requirements are included in material requisitions and adhere to relevant standards and regulations, such as SAMSS and SAEPs, as per Saudi Aramco requirements.
• Develop, implement, and manage procurement policies and procedures.
• Supervise and monitor the activities of procurement and material controllers to ensure timely delivery in compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships and contracts.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and services.
• Source, identify, and evaluate potential new suppliers and vendors.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, ensuring adherence to organizational requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and cost objectives are met.
• Manage and coordinate the procurement process, including ordering, receiving, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with inspectors or inspection agencies assigned to the inspection activities of P.O. materials.
• Analyze the market and delivery systems to recommend strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
