Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle from proposal stage through project completion.
- Manage contract administration activities, including regular site visits to monitor compliance and progress.
- Ensure all contract strategies, agreements, variations, and claims comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Track and update the anticipated final forecast value, including variations, site instructions, claims, and contractual charges.
- Provide regular progress and status updates to the Supply Chain Director.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in civil or construction engineering.
7 15 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
Strong command of contract management software and MS Office.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to manage complex contracts and stakeholders.
