Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act Minor Tender Commitee and Procurement Committee secretary and perform accordingly, obtain the required approvals from the committees and take the minutes of meetings.
Ensure that the relevant policies/process maps of the company and the applicable laws ar followed and complied with.
Provides advice and guidance to line managers on procurement matters, and coaches the line managers on the relevant processes.
Arrange tender advertisements through websites, journals and other media, communicating, and follow up the sale of tender RFP documents and act as a focal point between the bidders and relevent internal department in relation to the tender.
Prepare written summary/record of floating tenders, bids opening process and committee meeting minutes.
Prepare and create Purchase orders for all contract and invoices.
Prepare quarterly and annual reports about procurment activities.
Coordinate with the Legal Department, and consult them for any of contracting or procurement activities which may require legal review & support.
Assure all contracts are managed effectively to avoid any non-compliance issues or breaches to the applicable law.
