Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and contract management
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services in line with organizational needs and budgets
- Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and support operational requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
