Request and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and compliance with specifications.

Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative products.

Coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability, lead time, pricing, and delivery terms.

Support negotiation processes to secure the best value for money.

Maintain and update the supplier database with accurate and current information.

Prepare procurement comparison sheets and assist in supplier selection recommendations.

Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and procedures.

Follow up with suppliers on quotations, samples, and documentation as needed.
