Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sourcing & Negotiation: Find, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, quality, and terms.
Procurement: Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), contracts, and manage agreements.
Coordination: Work with Project Managers, engineers, and site supervisors to meet project timelines and material needs.
Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock, coordinate deliveries, manage warehousing, and plan for long-lead items.
Supplier Management: Build relationships, track performance, resolve issues (delays, defects), and develop vendor comparisons.
Data & Compliance: Maintain procurement records, analyze market trends, and ensure adherence to safety/regulatory standards.
- Experience in construction field is a must.
- Experience needed from 2:5 years in purchasing must be in Constructions field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials, industry standards, and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with inventory management, ERP/procurement software.
- Ability to read project plans/specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
