Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure optimal value.
  • Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, reliability, and service, conducting regular performance assessments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical procurement practices and compliance with relevant regulations.
