Procurement Specialist

GROOVY Medical Spa

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality products and services at competitive prices for the spa, gym, and medical clinics.

Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records in compliance with company policies.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast and fulfill supply needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any supply chain issues.

Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.

Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely payment and reconciliation of procurement transactions.

Ensure all procured items meet quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to medical, spa, and gym operations.

Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Prepare and present procurement reports, analyses, and recommendations to management.

Support the onboarding of new suppliers and maintain up-to-date supplier documentation.

Skills:
