Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the highest quality materials at competitive prices.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure optimal procurement agreements.
Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and delivery schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders to maintain adequate stock for ongoing projects.
Track and manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for audit and reporting purposes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations in all procurement activities.
Resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or payment discrepancies with suppliers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier contracts effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective vendor and internal collaboration.
