Roles & Responsibilities

to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our financial records and
overseeing the procurement of indirect materials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Bookkeeping:**
-- Maintain accurate
and up-to-date financial records.
- Record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss
statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Aid in budget preparation and financial forecasting.


**Procurement:**
- Oversee the procurement of indirect materials necessary for business
operations.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Regularly review and optimize procurement strategies and processes.

**Invoice Management:**
- Track and manage both incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Ensure invoices are accurately processed and paid on time.
- Address and resolve any invoice discrepancies.

**Compliance and Administration:**
- Ensure all financial practices comply with regulatory standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance
efficiency.



Requirements
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related
field at least 2 years Experience
- Proven experience in finance, bookkeeping, and procurement roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
