Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
: Perform procurement services for aeronautical parts and chemical products within the Purchasing & Logistics department, respecting the monthly budgets defined by management.
Conduct sourcing for aeronautical parts and place orders based on purchase requests from the inventory manager, in coordination with their superiors.
Execute purchases for stock replenishment.
Research new sources of supply and implement supplier authorizations for chemical products within the company, in coordination with the Quality Department.
Develop dashboards for monitoring deadlines and the company's financial commitments.
Track aeronautical purchasing files.
Monitor supplier payments.
Job Requirements
: Degree: Bachelor's + 4/5 years of higher education (Business or Engineering school, specializing in Purchasing or Logistics)
. Experience: 1-3 years in an industrial environment.
