Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end procurement of Construction and MEP materials.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local UAE suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and manage RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and material submittals.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Maintain updated vendor lists and build strong supplier relationships.
  • Conduct market research, cost comparison, and price analysis.
  • Track delivery schedules and resolve supply delays or issues.
  • Ensure procurement complies with project specifications and company policies.
  • Prepare procurement reports, logs, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years UAE experience in Procurement (MANDATORY).
  • Strong knowledge of Construction and MEP materials.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE local suppliers, markets, and pricing.
  • Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP-based procurement systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
  • Only candidates with relevant UAE experience should apply.
