Roles & Responsibilities
We re on the lookout for a Procurement Specialist with a strong track record in Food & Beverage procurement, especially across multi-restaurant operations.
If you re someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a solid background in supply chain management, cost optimization, vendor negotiation, and procurement strategy, we want to hear from you!
Key Requirements:
5 6+ years of proven experience in procurement (F&B industry preferred)
Expertise in handling procurement for multiple restaurant outlets
Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and cost control
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A proven history of cost savings and procurement efficiency
Strong knowledge of UAE market, suppliers, and logistics
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
