Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with departments to determine and define requirements for goods and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery.
• Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders in accordance with approved terms and specifications.
• Inspect received goods or services, verify invoices, and coordinate with accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate supplier payments.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and regularly assess supplier performance to enhance procurement efficiency and reliability.t-effective, compliant, and aligned with quality and delivery standards.

• Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and vendor management.
