Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Manage inventory levels, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Oversee logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping, customs clearance, and warehousing.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as engineering and production, to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement and logistics activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Oracle procurement applications (Oracle Fusion Procurement) a strong plus.
  • Residing in Sadat,6th of October, or Giza is preferred.
