Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and establish strong vendor relationships. Review purchase requests, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and the finance department to ensure procurement aligns with project needs. Maintain up-to-date records of material inventory, supplier performance, and procurement documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant local regulations. Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Civil/Construction background preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within the construction or real estate industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of sourcing strategies, market trends, and supplier management. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Fluent in Arabic and English.
