Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with suppliers for goods readiness to ensure that orders are being shipped on time as indicated by the purchasing/sales department.
Request bookings from the booking department and provide them with all needed information including loading address/port and number of containers to be booked.
Share vessel schedule with the Customer Service team which will provide shipping instructions in return.
Ensure that payment is transferred to suppliers prior to loading date/week.
Coordinate with both suppliers & forwarders on loading date to ensure a smooth stuffing without delays.
Request the needed documents and ask for amendments if required after careful check up.
Share the documents with the Customer Service team and request the invoice for waivers/CRF if required.
Request the shipment release depending on client payment terms whether Telex Release, Print at Destination or Documentary Collection.
Track daily shipments (ETD, ETA).

Ability to meet targets and tight deadlines
BA degree in Transportation and Logistics or similar
Requires 3+ years of experience
